- Estimated Delivery Lead Times |
| Orders are processed as soon as they are placed, Monday through Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00. For orders placed outside of these hours or on weekends, they will be processed on the first following business day. |
| Our standard delivery time for products is 2-5 working days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and product availability. During holidays and sales periods, delivery times may be extended. |

- Delivery process |
| After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. Orders are shipped through our partner courier company (Fan Courier, Raben, GLS, DPD, Cargus, Sameday, etc.). You can track your order's delivery using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Within the Iasi municipality area, delivery is made by our own fleet, and delivery details can be requested at +40 744 497 797. |
| Physical deliveries are made door to door (Free delivery entails transporting the product from the Art Flame warehouse to the front entrance of the customer's building. It's important to note that for residences situated in multi-storey buildings, 'door of the building' refers to the primary access door to the complex, typically located on the ground floor). |
