After placing the desired items in the shopping cart, press the »Complete order« button. Create a customer account. If you already have a customer account, you can easily register with your user data (email address and password). Then you have to go through the three steps of the order process (Address - Payment Method - Confirmation), after which you can complete the order.

In order to be able to buy from the site, do I need to create an account?

Yes. In order to order from the ART FLAME website, you must have a customer account. Registration is very simple. All you have to do is enter your name, email address and password.

Can I cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped?

Cancellations are possible on ART FLAME, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by phone so that your cancellation request can be verified directly. You can contact our customer service at any time at 0755877877.

What do I do if the desired item is no longer in stock?

No problem. There are still good chances to order the desired product. You can make a pre-order, and when the product is available, we will contact you.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can choose from the following payment methods: Cash payment, Payment order, PayU.

Can I pay in installments?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at this time.

What are the shipping costs?

ART FLAME takes over the costs for shipping and returning the products.

Which is the delivery term?

Immediately available items are usually delivered in 2-4 business days.

Through which shipping companies is my package shipped?

The items are shipped through the partner courier company TOYA Curier, Fan Curier, Gebruder Weiss, TCE Logistic.

I did not receive the delivery. How do I proceed?

Have you already checked the delivery status, with the help of the transport note number sent by us by e-mail address? The information you see shows the current status of the order. Additional information about your package can be obtained from customer service or directly to the courier.

What do I do if my item was damaged during shipping?

If one of the delivered items is damaged, has defects or a problem of any kind, you can of course return it free of charge. All information on returns can be found in the "Return Policy" section.

Do I have to pay for the return?

Shipping costs for returning products are paid by ART FLAME.


How do I get my money back?

Refunds always take place through the PayU payment method. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will transfer your money to your account. However, the bank transaction can take several days. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service at any time. We are happy to help you.

How long does it usually take to get my money back?
